NEW-CAR SALES CONSULTANTS

As a Milton Martin Honda Sales and Leasing Consultant you are the dealership’s primary customer representative. You are responsible for all aspects of the sales process from identifying prospective customers to maintaining ongoing customer relationships that encourage repeat business.

As a Sales and Leasing Consultant you will be called upon to assist customers in the selection of their new or used vehicle, purchase options and additional available accessories. You also play an important role in representing the dealership’s Parts and Service Departments to your customers.

Milton Martin Honda Sales & Leasing Consultant duties include:

• Providing exceptional customer service
• Developing prospects
• Prompt and courteous greeting of customers
• Analyzing clients’ needs
• Present vehicle features, functions and benefits to customers
• Assist customers with test drive demonstrations
• Assisting customers with purchase/leasing negotiations
• Follow-up after the purchase to assure complete customer satisfaction with their buying experience

Requirements for position:

• Must be over 18 years of age
• Have a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
• Pre-employment drug screening and background security check
• Available to work varying shifts, evenings and Saturdays
• Sales experience preferred
